Cult Nails - Power Thief
This may well be my new favourite polish - EVER! I just love everything about this. Power Thief is effortless to apply, the formula is just the right consistency and don't even get me started on the silver micro glitter! I'm not sure how best to describe the colour but I'd say it is a warm mid brown/taupe. This shows two coats . . .

New Image Plates!! Red Angel plates on show (Pic heavy!)
I'm so excited to show these plates I got from Amazon.com - and they arrived in only a week.
There are 21 plates and they arrived in a cute little bag. All of the plates have a blue film on them for protection. No paper backing but I'm not concerned about that, just means a little extra care on the sharp edges.
So here they are . . . can't wait to try them!

Essie Sew Psyched with stamping
Sew Psyched is a gorgeous dusty, pastel olive green. It is a lovely creme formula that is almost opaque in one coat (photos show two coats) and I love Essie brushes which have just the right amount of softness and flex for perfect control and easy application.
With stamping . . .

China Glaze First Mate with stamping
Todays manicure is China Glaze's First Mate which is a dusty royal blue creme. First Mate applies beautifully and is almost a one coater. I love these ultra pigmented polishes! This is an unusual blue that goes well with jeans in my opinion.
Stamp colour: China Glaze 2030
Topped with Essie Good to Go
And just 'cos I wanted to see how it would look matte . . . topped with Essie Matte About You. Interesting how it totally changed the colour of the blue.

Revlon Totally Toffee with stamping
This is one of my favourite colours. I just love these rusty orange cremes. Revlon Totally Toffee is a polish I had years ago and recently bought a new one to see if I still like it, and I do. This is a lovely formula and applies easily. The only downside is that it dries almost too fast which means that application is a little uneven. Also applying thicker coats does result in some wee bubbles but a top coat takes care of that. This shows three coats but two would have been sufficient.
And stamping added:
Base colour: Revlon Totally Toffee
Nail plate: Bundle Monster BM-221
Stamp colour: China Glaze 2030
Plus hex shaped glitter from Nubar Golden Glow for the centres of each flower.
Topped with Seche Vite

Nfu Oh 56 - Oh how green you are!
Ohhh what a beauty this polish is. I love green on a good day so this is just amazing all round! This is layered over Cult Nails Living Water. Nfu Oh 56 is the most gorgeous green and blue flakies in a green gel. I love the way that in different lights it looks definitely green then changes to peacock blue - amazing! It dries quickly and the pictures show it topped with Essie Good to Go and then with Essie Matte About You. I like it Matte - how about you?
