A England Briarwood

Oh my - this is simply gorgeous! This is from the Burne-Jones Dream collection and A England describes it as burgundy base colour, filled with ultra-fine prismatic particles that reflect every facet of light. It's the perfect autumn/fall colour and I can't stop looking at it.

The formula is opaque in one coat but my swatches show two. It is effortless to apply and dries quickly and is very holographic!

Essie Over the Knee stamped Konad M99

Today I'd like to share an older polish from Essie - Over the Knee, which is a muted dusty pale cocoa colour, with tons of gold shimmer. This shows 3 coats:

Base colour: Essie Over the Knee
Nail plate: Konad M99
Stamp colour: China Glaze Robotika
Topped with Essie Good to Go

ILNP Bikini Bottoms

Firstly can I just say how cute the name Bikini Bottoms is! lol

This is another swatch from my ILNP haul and it is simply gorgeous. Its a brilliant fuchsia with a strong scattered holo effect.

I am loving the formula of these polishes - this was opaque in two coats and is effortless to apply. The brush is flattish and gives great control. I've also noticed that I don't have the usual tip wear after a couple of days - so another plus!

My pictures don't really do it justice but it is obvious how holographic it is by the bottle!

Onto the pictures:

ILNP Electric Carnival

Today's polish is the exciting Electric Carnival by ILNP (I Love Nail Polish) see here for my haul pics.

Well all I can say is sometimes a name has absolutely nothing to do with the colour of the polish but in this case it absolutely does! What an appropriate name indeed!

Electric Carnival is a dense purple to gold to green flakie polish. I wore it over one coat of A England Camelot (black). This shows two thick coats of Electric Carnival.

ILNP Masquerade - Duochrome amazingness!!

Can I just say WOW! I have to say this is maybe the most magnificent polish I own (see the others in my last ILNP haul post)

This is my first ILNP (I Love Nail Polish) polish and it is simply gorgeous! All my favourite colours in one go! How could it possibly get any better?!

I'm delighted with the shorter flatter brush which gives excellent control and a decent amount of polish on each application. Loving the matte non slip bottle lid as well. The formula of this polish is quite thin and I needed three coats. Might have managed two if my application was thicker and heavier.

On to the pictures:

ILNP Haul!!!

It's been quite some time since I ordered nail polish online and got that kick of receiving 'nail mail' but today has made up for it!

www.ilnp.com - wow - what can I say? Amazing! Quick and reasonably priced delivery (even to New Zealand) I'll definitely be purchasing from here again :)

So here's what I got:

Electric Carnival, Bikini Bottoms, Masquerade, Atomic Sherbet

The packaging is adorable. Each box is individually named with a little heart cutout on the front. The bottles have a unique matte (almost rubberised) handle which I really like.

Electric Carnival: Duochrome flakies

Bikini Bottoms: Holographic hot pink

Masquerade: Duochrome purple/green/bronze

Atomic Sherbet: holographic orange

Can't wait to try these out!!

Cult Nails Nevermore stamped with Konad M89

Since it's been such a long time since I've had my nails regularly polished and stamped I've missed out on a few updates of Konad stamping plates. I recently purchased Konad M89 (I'm not even sure if it is a new plate but new to me anyway!) I also got M95, M99, M93 and S17 - happy days!

I didn't get the opportunity to take any great shots of this stamping but managed a few quickies with my phone . . .

Base colour: Cult Nails Nevermore
Nail plate: Konad M89
Stamp colour: China Glaze 2030
Topped with Essie Good to Go
