Another haul post

I must surely have the least self control of anyone I know. I had come to the realisation that it wouldn't hurt me to stop 'aquiring' polishes for a while and then low and behold my car just drove itself into a makeup market last week. And my wallet made me buy these polishes . . . . I know, I'm naughty ;p
CG 2030, OPI: I Brake for Manicures, Suzi Loves Cowboys, Green-wich Village, Got the Blues for Red, Senorita Rose-Alita, Flashbulb Fuchsia, Ate Berries in the Canaries, Mrs O'Leary's BBQ
Loreal: Smell the Roses, Essie: Downtown Brown, Mezmerised, Maybelline: Purple Trend, Autumn Leaves, Orange Blazes
The China Glaze polish was my absolute best find from a local online auction site for $10 - I know! Score! I'm looking forward to trying these Maybellines - they look to have a fabulous shimmer.

Maybelline flakies!

I'd just like to start off by saying how impressed I am with the pigmentation in this polish. For such a tiny bottle of colour it certainly packs enormous presence! This gorgeous blue based creme red is almost opaque in one coat and super quick drying - in fact almost too quick. These pictures show Candy Apply from Maybelline Mini Colorama and topped with Pink Pinata also from the Mini Colorama range. I'm very impressed and looking forward to trying the other colours.

PS just thought I'd add that colour is how we spell color in New Zealand :) for those of you who thought my spell check is on the blink lol

Maybelline Colorama Ruby Rays!!!

Oh my - this is just as awesome as I thought it would be!! Wow! I can't stop looking at my nails.

This is two coats of gorgeous Ruby Rays flakies over two coats of China Glaze Paint the Town Red. I'll let the photos do the talking . . .

Chic Chocolate with stamping

I got this polish in a discount bin and wow, it's amazing. It's a gorgeous dark shimmery chocolate colour that looks almost black on my nails - until it goes in the sunlight! Just love this colour. The formula applied easy and was nearly opaque in one coat which I love. And to top it off it dried true to it's claims of "50 second nail color".

Base colour: Maybelline Express Finish: Chic Chocolate
Nail plate: Konad M70
Stamp colour: China Glaze 2030

Oh I couldn't be more excited!!! I've FINALLY laid my hands on China Glazes legendary 2030! I've been searching for so long and finally have it in my hot little hands. Yippeee!

Vibrant Fuschia

Love this bold fuchsia colour with a vibrant purple base and it dries super fast. This is my favourite konad stamp – so delicate!

Base colour: Maybelline Mini Colorama: 64 Vibrant Fuchsia
Nail plate: Konad m73
